I was skeptical about the 'lightweight' claim, thinking it meant flimsy. Boy, was I wrong. This thing is tough as nails but feels like air. Took it hiking, got caught in a drizzle, and stayed dry. My dog even tried to steal it because it smells like 'adventure' (or maybe just new fabric). Highly recommend for anyone who hates carrying heavy coats but hates being cold even more.
